Founder's Day is back at Delta Nu. The alumnae association worked with the chapter to make this day a wonderful success last year, and we are keeping the flame going. Please mark your calendar for April 29, 2023. RSVP by 4/1/23. Sign up below!
The women on Delta Nu opened the house for alumnae during Founder's Day. Sisters found their old rooms and roommates. They searched the hallways for their composites and visited with current residents.
The Alumnae Association held our first annual in-person membership meeting, invited our newest Pi members to join the assocation for 2 complimentary years of membership and hosted the Founder's Day luncheon at the Riverview Room for 120 sisters from near and far.
The day allowed members to mingle with the current chapter and learn more about the current Delta Nu chapter. Many sisters stayed overnight in Cape to make the most of their time together.

In 2020, Delta Nu chapter of Alpha Delta Pi lost Mrs. Bettie Sue McHaney Talbert. She joined Alpha Delta Pi in 1953, where she led 14 members in recruiting 34 new members in 1953. Throughout her life, she was a loyal supporter of Greek Life at Southeast Missouri State University. She served as Rush Advisor for over 25 years, even lending her beautiful home as the site of Pref Night through the early-1990's. In 1970, she was appointed as the sole officer for recruitment for the national ADPi sorority. We are forever thankful to Mrs. Talbert for her loyal service to Delta Nu.
During the Founder's Day Alumnae Association meetin, it was suggested that we should have a tribute on campus in Mrs. Talbert's memory on the campus of Southeast Missouri State. The idea was quite popular and we are looking for a few sisters to take the lead on this project. If you are interested in working on this project, please email Robin Pieper at semoalumsadpi1@gmail.com
